Week 4 of 20 Time

Now that I have the plan down for the order of videos I am going to be making, I can start recording the Fastballs video sometime this weekend. I was hoping I would be able to go record Saturday morning. I would have to a indoor batting cage or rec center since there is snow on the ground and I wouldnt be able to go to the baseball field itself. The time it would take for me to get the camera or phone ready then get the right pitches recorded would take at most an hour and a half. After the recording I would have to plug the phone or camera into my computer and check or the recording to make sure everything went well and I got the pitches that I wanted to be put in the video. When I get all of the videos edited and ready to go the way I like it, I am going to have to render the video to youtube to upload. Depending on how fast the internet and computer are, it could take anywhere from 1-10 minutes. It also depends on how long the video is. The longer the video means the longer it takes to render no matter how fast the internet or computer are running.
This category of pitches is most definitely going to be the easiest and quickest considering they are such simple pitches to throw. The other like breaking balls and change ups are going to take more time when trying to get the right pitch that I wanted. The definitely is going to make then so long is trying to find that right grip and arm angle to use when throwing since there are multiple to each pitch. I will post the next video of pitches the week after christmas.

20 Time Week 3

Today on November 18, I started to look at the grips that I am going to use when creating the videos that deal with fastballs. In these upcoming weeks I am going to have to start Recording the fastball pitches videos and i'm going to keep going until I get the perfect pitch for every grip I am doing. Once I have all of them done I am going to look over them to make sure they are the one that I want. If they are what I wanted I am going to post them to youtube. My topic isn't necessarily the hardest to do but   I enjoy doing it and I want to get better at pitching. My project so far is going well. I have made good progress with in planning when I am something to record and upload reason video to youtube. I also realize in myself that onceI get going on something that I enjoy i don't want to stop until it is the way I like it.
The hardest part of this project is finding the time to go to a batting cage or just getting the grips down is another difficult thing I have encountered but this was a obstacle I knew I was going to have to face. Going into this I knew that it would be easy to overcome. Things are going pretty good as I said early with having all of my stuff planned out and when there was going to be time to record. On the other side, something that haas been easy is the entire project. I think it is easy because it is something I enjoy and maybe if it was a topic I didn't like the most there would be some more problems with completing it. A thing I need help with the most is how to get the right angles when throw each pitch because that is really important to part of getting the pitch right. I am excited for the next weeks and getting ready to upload the first video.

Day 2 of 20 Time Project

Today for the twenty time project, all I did was I researched to see all of the pitches that I was going to be showing and when I would be posting each one of them on youtube. I also had to find videos that would help me with learning to throw them and figure out exactly what they are supposed to do. The order they will be put up is, First I will put up the two main fastballs, the four seem , two seam and the splitter, l. The next set I will show are the breaking balls. These consist of the curveball, and slider. Last I will show you the change ups. The change up, knuckleball, palm ball, and circle change/ claw grip. Some of the thing that I learned were what each of the balls were supposed to do when pitched and how I was going to have to plan the upload time out. I will keep you updated when I post the first set of pitches.

20 Time project Day1

This 20-time project is going to take a while to be fully finished. I'm going to be making a youtube how-to series on how to throw almost every pitch in baseball. There is going to have to be a good amount of time into this to get it look good when it is finished. I  wouldn't say that there is necessarily going to have to be alot of work put into it though.
There will be multiple ups while doing this project. The one that I am excited for is getting to learn how to throw all of these pitches myself. Also improving on them even after the project is over. Another part I will have to get used to is learning to use youtube. I will get to use  camera to record the video and computer to upload them to youtube. It will also be a good learning experience for the people who watch the videos that are interested.
There really isn't going to have to be very many materials for this project. Most of them I have around the house. All i'm going to need is a computer, camera, baseball equipment obviously, and another person to help. I will also have to look up how to throw the pitches for myself on the internet. Other wise then that, I will keep you updated on how the videos are coming. I am very excited to begin this series.
